Scot & Laura Oldham of Developers Research attended the BIASC Installation Gala on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park. It was a great night celebrating the people and leadership that make our industry special!
With a western theme, the evening featured horse-and-buggy rides, live music, casino-style games, and even an old-fashioned jail. From 6 to 9 p.m., it was a memorable night of fun, networking, and celebration.
Congratulations to the 2027 BIASC chapter leaders and all the 2026 inductees!
A special congratulations to Nicole Murray, Division President of Shea Homes, on being named the 2026 Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIASC).
The BIASC Installation Gala was a great reminder of why we love this industry. It’s filled with people who build communities, foster relationships, and create things that last. We’re proud to be part of this industry and look forward to another great year.
