After being employees of Developers Research for 25 years, Scot and Laura recently purchased the company from its founder, Barry Gross. As the new Principals of Developers Research, they are responsible for running all facets of the business.While Scot acts as the voice of the company, responsible for heading up the Sales and Marketing efforts and overseeing the work product of the employees; Laura handles the day-to-day operations, including Administration and Operations, to ensure that the company continues to run smoothly, projects are delivered on time and that the clients are satisfied with staff and quality of work. As active members of the Builder Industry Association and Urban Land Institute Scot and Laura ensure that the company is represented at industry events and stays informed of the current state of the real estate development world. This enables Developers Research to provide its clients the most detailed and accurate information to allow them to make sound business decisions for their project.
Scot and Laura have been married 30 years with two children and are very involved with the numerous activities that come with being parents including volunteering their time whether it be as a coach of a youth sports organization or as a leader for the local chapter of the National Charities League.
