Williams Ranch

Developers Research

DR has been involved in the Williams Ranch property in the Castaic area of Los Angeles County since 2000. DR provided cost estimates and grading analysis for the original developer on a 220-unit plan. The crash of 2008 left the site partially graded and the developer abandoned the property. DR worked with the bank and engineers to re-purpose the property into a 500 unit master plan. The site was sold in 2018 and is currently selling homes. DR conducts monthly site development disbursement inspections.
