Sycamore Creek is a 2100-unit master plan in the City of Corona, CA. DR provided a cost estimate, grading, and impact fee analysis for the buyer of the property. DR helped negotiate the price of the land down by finding errors and omissions in the seller’s land development budget. After a successful purchase of the property DR has continued to collaborate with the owners throughout the development process as plans are updated from tract map to improvement plans and the ongoing site development.
