Developers Research Earns ISO's First certification For land development management consulting

International Recognition Gives Company an Edge in Competitive Real Estate Market 

IRVINE, Calif. - Nov. 28, 2007. - Developers Research, a leading provider of financial analysis for the land development industry, has become the first firm in the United States to be certified in management consulting services for land development by the International Organization for Standardization.

"Our certification helps all our clients and it particularly benefits large corporations and financial institutions that own land and need to have a percentage of their contracts performed by ISO companies," said Scot Oldham, vice president of the Irvine, Calif., company.

Developers Research provides real estate owners, investors, developers and builders with the most comprehensive financial evaluation services in the industry on all types of property - from individual projects and master plans to large portfolios of residential and commercial real estate. The Irvine, Calif., based firm also evaluates corporate-owned and environmentally impaired real estate assets.

The International Organization for Standardization is the world's largest developer and publisher of International Standards. Established in 1947 and based in Geneva, the ISO is a networkof the national standards institutes in more than 150 countries.

"The principal motivation for applying for the ISO standard was to increase our company's efficiency and the competitiveness of our services. The certification process took over one year and required the resources of all our company employees," said Barry Gross, president of Developers Research. 

ISO certification involves regular audits by a third party to ensure Developers Research is compliant in documenting our processes, performing the work as stated, improving our processes and recording the results.
