Developers Research 3D Photo Simulation is one of the most valuable 3D tools available to land developers. We begin by taking a high resolution (12.4 Megapixel up to 39 Megapixel) photograph of the existing property from several key areas that the site will be visible from. Using GPS data and the photograph we are then able to match the camera location in a 3D environment. By combining the two we are able to show how your finished project will look when completed, or even how it will look ten years after completion.
