After completion of a site inspection, Developers Research makes recommendations to fund loan draw requests. The inspection report is complemented by photographs of the property, as well as written narratives and interviews with on-site supervisors. In addition, at the request of our client, we often meet with governmental agency personnel to confirm that the project is constructed in accordance with agency approvals.
